If you chose to utilize out of network benefits, I will be happy to provide documentation that you can use to submit to your insurance company to receive any reimbursement for session cost that you are entitled to through your policy. I can also answer questions you might have about this process, and discuss the relative benefits and draw backs of using health insurance to pay for mental health services.
